Yahshanah Williams, LCSW
I am pleased that you have decided to seek a therapist. I understand the difficulty of taking this initial step, as I encountered similar challenges when establishing my practice. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my primary goal is to assist individuals in achieving personal success.
I have over 20 years of experience in clinical, community, and administrative roles. I have worked with children and adults in various settings and value meeting individuals where they are. My therapeutic approach incorporates strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Reality Therapy (RT) and Task Centered Therapy (TCT), focusing on client-centered and task-oriented methods to achieve meaningful life changes.
